Exploring the Genres
Overview:
Exploring the Genres is a week-long course dedicated to helping students discover new genres and learning what makes each one special. Students will learn about contemporary fiction, paranormal/dystopian, fantasy, and mystery, along with characteristics and tips on how to write in each genre.
Age Range:
4st grade through 8th grade
Topics Covered: Tropes and cliches in Contemporary Fiction, Paranormal/Dystopian, Fantasy, and Mystery.
